Jeff & Diana Rushlow

Diana is a mom to three and stepmom to four adult children. She is “Grammy” to seventeen grandchildren, wife to Jeff, both a pastor and a pastor’s wife, coffee lover, and musician.

Diana grew up in Ohio and has lived in Illinois, Indiana, Arizona, and Oregon. She attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Olivet Nazarene University, Purdue University, and Nazarene Bible College. Before becoming ordained in the Church of the Nazarene in 2023, she taught in public schools.

Although Diana has been part of the Church of the Nazarene since she was only a few weeks old, she found herself living a less-than-joyful life and struggling to process loss and grief. Much of this stemmed from her belief in a “Goodness Gospel”—trying to be “good enough” to earn God’s love. For many years, she attempted to meet what she thought were God’s perfectionistic expectations of her. Yet God continued to bring people into her life who helped open her eyes to His extravagant love. Diana is learning to listen to His “Voice of Truth,” who calls her “Chosen,” “My Child,” and “Beloved Daughter.”

Diana has a passion for helping others become disciples of Jesus and grow in living a relational life with Him—not just knowing about Him or trying to imitate Him. She also desires to help people embrace their true identity in Christ. Diana says it is then that we begin to find healing from brokenness and shame, as we experience the love, honor, and value God has for each of us.

Born in Oregon, Jeff has always loved the Pacific Northwest.

A worshipper and disciple of Jesus, Jeff is also Pastor Diana’s husband, dad, and “Grampy.” After serving in the U.S. Army, he worked in transportation and construction.

In the summer of 2000, a transformational encounter with Jesus led him to answer the unmistakable call of God. He was ordained in the Church of the Nazarene in 2017.

Jeff’s passion is the healing process of learning to walk in moment-by-moment relational dependence upon the Spirit of Jesus.

He continues to be astounded by the immediacy of the Spirit and the beauty and wonder of God—the One who created us, pursued us, found us, and freed us in Christ Jesus. This God, who LOVES us, is now forming us, making us holy as He is holy, and recreating us in His image.

This miracle of grace is worthy of our full attention.
