So want all of us to see God as One who doesn’t expect us to change on our own, to be holy, flawless, and perfect before we can come to Him. He is always pursuing. He is knocking on our heart’s door, but not forcing entry. When He enters, He doesn’t even look around and say, “Oh, what a mess!” When we give permission, He begins the work of de-cluttering, healing the shame, helping us to let go of the things which have kept us in chains, always walking with us through ALL circumstances. I wouldn’t want to live any other way!

That is so good. Maybe we should keep those chairs on the platform as a reminder He continues to pursue us with His never-ending grace and love.
